1. Overview
This policy explains when and how payments made to Rabidco for our custom software packages across all industries and related services can be refunded.
2. Full Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment as long as the project kick-off (requirements session and system setup) has not started.
3. Partial Refunds
If work has started, refunds are calculated based on the work delivered. Completed milestones are non-refundable; the remaining unworked portion of the package price is refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send your request by email or WhatsApp including your full name, invoice number and the reason for the refund. We reply within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used through our payment provider (Fawaterk) within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
