1. Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing any Rabidco system or service you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Rabidco provides customized management systems for businesses across all industries, automation and AI solutions. The scope of each order is described on the pricing page and confirmed with you before work starts.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Packages have a fixed one-time price, paid in advance after scope confirmation. No automatic monthly subscription is included. Third-party services and ongoing hosting costs, if applicable, are agreed separately before work starts.

Payments are processed securely by Fawaterk using cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza), mobile wallets and Fawry.

4. Delivery

Ready systems are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks; customized builds within 4–8 weeks. Delivery is digital (online access to your system) — no physical shipping is involved.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and content, and for keeping your system login credentials secure.

6. Intellectual Property

Your business data always belongs to you. The underlying software and code remain the property of Rabidco with usage rights confirmed in your project agreement.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may request cancellation of your project. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
